[Req] Blank esp with custom dialogue

Does anyone have a blank esp (not relevent to any mod) that has a blank custom dialogue topics? I keep trying to add custom topics to a custom NPC I made but it keeps merging with other factions and messing things up.

 

If not a esp a basic guide would be great.

You should add dialogs by quests, it's easiest that way. And use scripts to add the dialog topics you want (addtopic ). I can make an esp with that but I can't see it being useful...

 

If you want only one npc to have the topic, put his\her ID in the conditions.
