Lugubrious0ne Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Hopefully this is the right place to post this - I asked a week ago on the Bathing in Skyrim thread, but no replies yet. Anyway: I have been having an issue with this mod for a little while. The dirt textures don't seem to apply correctly to my character. I'm not sure what's causing this at all - I have a lot of mods installed that mess with my character's appearance, so it could be any one of them. Basically, the dirt doesn't show normally, and instead seems to change the colour of my character's tattoos, and make the skin 'blotchy' and brown. The blotches you see in my screenshots are around a freckle tattoo texture. Anyone encountered this before? Any advice welcome. I've attached four screenshots, one clean, one dirty, and one filthy. The fourth screenshot shows something I noticed - that the dirt textures apply correctly to the legs, but not the torso. So whatever Bathing in Skyrim replaces (Overlay? Decal? Sorry, not very good at this), it's working for some body parts and not for others. Hopefully the screens show the problem more exactly than I can describe it. My modlist is here. Maybe also worth saying I'm trying to use the Ekirts Yckul textures from the installer. And I'm not using an ENB, only SKGE.
orgs1n Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 I'm not a modder but perhaps these tips will help. Open RaceMenu and check that sufficient slots are available for mods not to compete for slots. Consider raising the number of slots; mine's set to 20. RaceMenu\SKSE\Plugins\NiOverride.ini -> [Overlays/Body] -> iNumOverlays=20 You could also try resetting the overlays (set them back to Default in RaceMenu), so that the mods can take ownership of the slots again. Best do this on a separate save.
