It has to do with Lovers, Tomago Club, and Tomago Break mods.

 

And I'm wondering how and if there is a way to tweak the "console cmds/settings" for both Tomago Club, and Tomago break, to keep the fetus from always being miscarried?

Not sure, personally I just don't use tomagobreak.

I noodled out the problem (my load order was a bit screwy)

 

but it's fixed now!

Solution: Don't use TamagoBreak =)
