Does anyone know what armor/outfit that is?

TheKite's Vault-Tec Slave Suit.

 

Only reason it doesn't look like it, is it is on a very large body and they have leather armor equipped over it.

thank you so much, I just can't get the bikini/bra part to look right, it honestly looks like a second outfit beyond the slave suit.
