looking for this lineage like elf cme

A while back someone posted about looking a follower mod, Freyane the proud barbarian. I did a quick search and came up a dud hit which turned out to be some japanese? image site.

 

The first part of the page has images of an elf like character and a now dead CME download.

Does anyone know if this is available somewhere or even a name.

 

Looks like its from 2015 so  I'm  not holding out too much hope, but if you don't as, you don't get  :/
