Mods disable themselves

I have noticed this problem cropping up quite a bit on my end but can't seem to track down the problem.

 

 

But when I run skyrim there is always a small handfull of mods that like to deactivate themselves and I am having trouble tracking this down. Running Wyrebash shows I'm at about 70 mods, which to my understanding is no where near the limit to mods you can install.

 

I did run across a forum on nexus talking about something similar but not quite having the same symptoms, http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/500192-nexus-mod-manager-plugins-dont-work/ These guys say none of their mods work, but most of mine do, it is typically only a few that deactivate themselves.

I almost always install manually

 

I unzip to a neutral location

 

if there is no special instructions, then I copy the esp, textures, meshes over to the skyrim\data directory

 

although one of the mods that likes to turn itself off does use a bsa file.

 

And this does not happen to all mods, which seems to be a common problem for other people.

not sure if you have a hatred for NMM but try using that, its kinda jidiot proof, but if you are having problems accessing mods then its prly loadout order where some mods might be taking priority over master files, btw this is all just from experience, i have no skill at this xD

I have ran boss, and wyrebash, seems as long as I don't look at the launcher doesn't seem to be an issue, but not sure why these mods uncheck themselves
