TES5edit: How to batch edit all headparts of a chosen race?

Does anyone know how to batch edit all 'female' headparts of all NPC's of a specific race? For example: replace 'FemaleBrowsHuman02' with '0_aa_FemaleBrowsHuman02'

 

Any help apreciated!
