Issue Removing FNIS XXL

Recommended Posts

So i recently started getting Error 9 with FNIS XXL and i thought if i removed the mod and reinstalled it this would fix the issue. I attempted to remove the mod through Mod Organiser but this didn't work, upon attempting to delete the mod from file explore i am left with one file called "hkxcmd.exe" I cannot remove this, edit, view or take ownership of this file and i don't know what to do. any assistance would be great.

Thanks in advance

Sounds like you installed it to x86 programs . Y :shy: ou might be able to delete it .

Open start =search - type regedit .= open regedit should be a blue cube = once loaded look at the top of regedit file = you will see file, edit ,favorite, help, = open edit=open find what = in drop down . type the file exactly you are looking for = that's as far as i can go , check every file Administrator might also help. you can remove stubborn nasty from you Pc ... exactly the same way even when you security fails.  best way to install MO is to a second hdd or better still an SSD hard drive that way you never have the problem you are having . hope this helps .
