Know it worked for khajiit and lykaios but still no idea.

Aight, confirmed. It's included in ApachiiSkyHairMale v 1.2.

well i know its in apachiiskyhairs BUUUT recently miss Alienslof has made this fully wearable for any race at any given time using wigs that is WAY more convenient than adding to race customization
