Can you suggest any elf face remodel mod? I know only 4 mod human race face remodel but I want to play as true elf race can you suggest any remodel face mod or suggest the best face remodel face mod all  in one face remodel mod with preset and dont fix so much and with preset too

I'd love to see one too. Mainly I'd be happy with a Wood Elf that basically copies all the Nord face data but has elf ears.

I know I know, I could just download a "Elf ears" hat thing but I want NPCs to actually comment on my character being an elf race >w<

The elf face in skyrim and human race it  not same if I copy face to elf all scale will be have problem elf face in skyrim is so long face

Install Cross Racial Features.

 

choose any vanilla elves.

Go to 'extra' tab on RM and morph the head to a nord.
 
give it some elf ears with one of RM's ear slider (There are more than one elf ear slider. Pick one that you fancy).
 
Pick a human eye shape provided by Cross Racial Features.
 
Boom, you've just remodeled the elf's face.
