Trying to edit some nif files

Hi, I am trying to edit the poop .nif files for the mod puppet master swallow. I used the scale option to enlarge the objects. It worked without issues. Though, on female actors with small bottoms, the poop actually collides with the butts before it comes out of the anus. How do I solve an issue like this.
