Face body and armor mods are not functioning in game

So everything was working normally until for some reason, CBBE was no longer applied to the characters in game, as well as the armor mod I was using at the time. Now, they just have the default body and underwear plus the armor. Every other mod I had seemed to function normally, except those. There was no apparent cause. Everything seems normal and I can't find any other symptoms of an error. I've disabled all the mods and tried different combinations, verified the game cache ad nauseam, even reinstalled the whole game, to no avail. it's not a lot of information to go on, but it's really all I have.
