allsunday Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 So I installed the new ELFX for Fallout 4 and now the depth of field just decided to stop working. It was working just fine for almost a year now. I checked my enb settings with shift+enter, made sure all DOF options were enabled, switched to a couple DOF versions from various ENBs, nothing. Also tried Dynavision and also tried CLO. CLO's depth of field works but it's backwards! The object you focus on is blurry while everything else is clear. WTH? This exact same thing happened to me a year ago and I don't remember how I fixed it but I'm pretty sure it was a purely accidental fix. As most of my solutions for Fallout 4 often are.
allsunday Posted July 25, 2017 Author Posted July 25, 2017 Fixed by deleting all of my Fallout 4 files except the data folder and replacing them with a previous backup I had on a separate hard drive. Thank god I kept that backup.
