[Need Help] Could not enter another place for quest with hands tied.

I have plenty Sexlab mods installed. I don't know which mod restricts player to enter another place (through door) while hands are bound. I am stuck to proceed quest. I am not allowed to walk freely as I am forced to follow the NPC for quest. Tried to teleport with console command but that ruined the NPC to come together. I had checked through all my mods in MCM and I can't find any options related to this. It is also the same when I tried to enter the door (press E) with hands bound.

 

The MCM message shows

"You can't do that with your hands tied!" 

 

Anyone knows what mod is this and how to solve this?

ahh... too bad I can't disable that in the game. It is a pain to remove that mod....
