Conversion of Nicoroshi's Bow of the Dark One

I've tried converting this one myself from Skyrim to Oblivion, but I've had too much trouble getting it to work. I kinda suck at Blender.

Does anybody think they could pull it off? He gave permission for a conversion, but it'd have to be hosted on NexusMods.
