Weird character stuttering.

Here I am AGAIN.

So, I've been playing Skyrim for a while, and since a couple of days, my character started to stutter while walking or running. Only the character. The rest of the game is smooth. It's not even such a huge stutter, it's so small that is almost invisible, but it's constant.

I'm pretty sure it's not a graphical problem because I play with the same setting since years. Could it be some script? I don't know. Also, I use FNIS Sexy Move 9, so you can't avoid to notice it.

Oh, this also applies in first person view. I use Immersive First View but I don't think that's the problem since it always worked. It's like she's experiencing a self-earthquake.

Attached the Load Order. Since no crash, I don't think you need the Papyrus log, right?

Papyrus log doesn't provide any info about crashes, only about script errors and messages. If you suspect the issue is caused by a script, it may be useful to have a look at the log. Otherwise, you're correct that it's not necessary for troubleshooting.

Didn't know that, gonna post it then.

I also used the S.T.E.P. tutorial and Fallrim Tools to clean the save. I'm pretty sure it's not graphical because when it is, the whole screen just stutters for a while. But it doesn't make any sense that only the mc does. It looks like she rolls back for 0.05 seconds as if she's taking a back step.

A little update...

If I install this mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2581/?

The stutter stops, but only if I overwrite the d3d9.dll from the Skyrim folder (It's an ENB dll). But if I save, I get a CTD every time I load the save (Of course I overwrote one of the main dll...).

If I use a workaround from a similar (Almost identical) mod, it won't work anymore. This is the mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34/?

And this is the workaround:

You can make this file work in conjunction with ENBSeries.ini:
1. Rename the FPS Limiter's D3D9.dll to D3D9FL.dll, now drop it into your Skyrim folder.

2. Now open up ENBSeries.ini and edit "ProxyLibrary=PathToDLL" edit it so it leads straight to "D3D9FL.dll", also remember to have "EnableProxyLibrary=xx" & "InitProxyFunctions=xx" set to "true", or it won't load the additional DLL.

Example:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\D3D9FL.dll

Any tips?

How many frames per second is the game running at if you don't use a limiter? I remember having issues with character animations playing too fast at 100 FPS, but I don't recall which solution I used to fix it. I'll get back to you if I figure it out.

Edit: Looks like I'm using one of the FPS limiters that don't work for you, so I'm not really sure how to help.

Worst case scenario, you could limit your monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz in Windows, then enable V-sync in Skyrim options. This will prevent the game engine from rendering more than 60 frames per second, and you won't need to overwrite your ENB DLL. But, you'll also be stuck with 60 FPS in your other games unless you're okay with changing your monitor's refresh rate all the time. Ideally, look for a way to limit FPS within the ENB you're using, that sounds like a feature they would include. Limiting Skyrim via graphics card drivers may also work.
