Basically through a bit of tempering and hard work it could be feasible but the problem with adding animation to skyrim still exists we are lucky to have have fore's mod but it remains (not trying to offend anyone ) a workaround, because form the moment you press the button until the animation plays there would be a lag time and even if there could be somthing done about the lag there arent enough throwing weapon mods for someone to put enough time and energy on such a mod
