Citrus Head with Ningheim Race

I know you must tinker with some settings in the CK to change the head morph and tri files of the Ningheim race to make it work with Citrus Heads, but I'm not really sure about what I should do. I only want my Ningheim character to have the Citrus head, and I don't want vanilla races to use it. Also, I don't know if I should download the replacer or standalone version.

 

Could somebody point me to a tutorial or offer some help on what I hve to do?

EDIT: For if anyone else is looking for how to do this, I found and tested this. Worked like a charm.
