Evil Zone character mod?

I don't know if you all heard or remember this game, way back from PS1, One of my favorite fighting game I ever played, the character background story was really good..

hence, it's a fighting game, not a horror or scary games..

 

 

was wondering if someone could do some character mods like (Setsuna,Erel Plowse, Midori Himeno, Ihadurca & etc) in Street fighter or DoA5..
