quick question: any tips on making sure absolutely EVERYTHING gets deleted when re-installing skyrim?

so i'm gonna completely re-install skyrim, cause it's become a mess.

i wanna make sure i get every last bit of data, because i'm having (most notably) a problem with skyrim not launching without enb (followed instructions, followed uninstall instructions, did troubleshooting, gpu running on factory settings, everything default, even on vanilla skyrim, etc. --> found no caue whatsoever)

it's not the only reason for the re-install (just lots of residual stuff from mods i no longer use, total mod count 300+), but i wanna get that fixed, if possible, since enb+4k textures results in kinda low fps and simpler lightning (lighting? wasn't sure...) mods are good enough.

so i wanna just get rid of any and all files connected with skyrim (mod archives/downloads being the obvious exception), any tips on that?

Thinking about doing exactly the same in fallout, it's a mess. But I suppose if you delete every single skyrim file you can find and nexus, and reinstall both, you should be home free. But I don't know shit, just thinking out loud.

well yeah, sounds reasonable in theory, only i already restored vanilla files through steam (e.g.: deleted and re-downloaded), removed enb (according to the enb homepage, to be safe).....didn't fix the enb issue -.-'

hopefully this time it will ;)
