so I keep getting "i don't want to do that" and the other thing and this can be to spite 100 arousal and extreme horniness, I do not get the problem and just want my wife fucked ;-;

I get the same message too. Tried changing my privacy setting ( used none, standard and exhibition) and still get it.

Enable the debug mode in the Kinkyworld settings, then click one of your sims and look for the same prompt category the settings are under (can't remember what it's called at the moment). There should be a debug option, so select that and look for "Always Accept" and turn it on. This should at least get rid of that "I don't want to do that" response.

I think the "Someone might see us" has to do with the privacy setting in the Kinkyworld settings. Setting the privacy setting to standard or exhibition should get rid of that, although it comes with the side effect of NPC sims having sex or masturbating in public areas if their arousal gets high enough. One would think that a sim with a high enough exhibitionist skill (or the trait) wouldn't be bothered by "Someone might see us" regardless of the privacy setting, or even gaining some sort of massive Fun boost or positive moodlet from it, but perhaps that's something being considered in a future update.
