Underwear mod help (need how-to help)

Im wanting to make a mod that has the same mesh for both females and males in a number of different colors but

 

1 will built in underwear interfere with the mesh unders

2 how do i setup making the unders steal-able without using a nude model

 

 

3 due to being a bit toolchain challenged would somebody be willing to setup the NIFs??
