Not sure how you'd manage the HDT Vag, or any vagina on an SOS body, but I can get some extent of belly node scaling from SOS Body HDT which will allow the pregnancy deformations. On top of that, setting her SexLab gender (a separate thing from official game gender) in SexLab (select the actor for modification with SexLab, I forget the default select actor key, then open the SexLab MCM, scroll to their gender under animation toggles, then clicky on their gender to switch) will make most mods treat her as female for script behaviour purposes. Some mods simply don't have the capability to check every actor's SexLab gender (Fill Her Up with my compatibility patch checks for inflation, MCM, and deflation, but doesn't check for NPC dialogue, for example) at every juncture, but it's certainly a start.

Where did this these requests and ixum's man pussy actually go? it's 2018 and still stuck with fucking racemenu and no way to edit sam genital size on npc. have had to use alternate actors and familiar faces to change npc to player character and edit from there. but alternate actors is shit cos all of the npc faces get ruined missing assets and all.
