Can't export using Ctrl F4 for Facegen data. (CK + MO)

I can't seem to get the facegen data to export.

I'm currently using Mod Organizer and I made a brand new esp for an orc NPC overhaul.

Troubleshooting steps I have tried:
(1) I have already tried exporting from the Actors-> Actor-> actor->Orcrace->Female.
(2) I have already restarted MO and Creation Kit.
(3) No the files are not in a different location (I checked the overwrite folder, which is where it should be as well as the original directory).
(4) I have already put "bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1" and "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" in my Editor.ini. (Minus the quotations of course).

(5) I have checked to see if the NPCs have "Is Chargen Face Present" and all the edits I made to NPCs have this option turned off.
(6) I can export already existing faces of NPCs of mods? (For example I can export faces on things like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59133/? but cannot export on my mod I created.
 

 

It doesn't seem to want to export for some reason and I really don't want to have to put files into my clean game directory solely to Ctrl+F4.
Any help would be appreciated.
