Animation checker?

I thought I saw in another topic somewhere a while ago something about an animation/conflict checker but I can't find it anymore. FNIS keeps giving me the outside of the bounds array or whatever and I can't account for 12,000 animations even after deleting a ton of stuff it's still happening so there must be something double or triple installed or something like that.
