looking for notification expansion mod

i tried Fast Cast and it uses expanded notifications from SkyUILib which allows the upper left notification window to display 8 lines at once, and removes the 2 second delay between notifications. I'm wondering if anyone knows another mod which can do this? preferably one with the ability to toggle the mod's main functions off because all i really want is just the expanded notification window
