[SOLVED] Got an interface popping up, hope you can help me find its origin.

Hey, as said in the title.

 

During a visit at the powder gangers prison, a interface always popped up. With saying "which follower will powder gangers use".

I`m playing TTW and had that interface not 1 time during Fallout 3, it first appeard when I went to Fallout NV.
