Losin my mind trying to figure out what mod...

I've a mod installed that, whenever I press O, it brings up a menu that reads "You touch yourself with growing lust. After a moment of hesitation, you decide to..." and gives me options of either A. Leaking cum, B. Masturbating, C. Anally pleasing myself (not quite worded like that) and D. Do Nothing. Now this would be fine and dandy HOWEVER, the same mod makes my characters belly node grow upon ejaculation inside them, hence the leaking cum option. I've gone through my mod list and I can't for the life of me figure out which one is causing this, if anyone could help me?

For the record I know Cursed Loot has the same options but its disabled and i'm not sure whether pressing O will work for cursed either.
