How do I find out what my default skin is?

I noticed with the real skin mod (or whatever its called) says you should be able to simply hit delete on a sims clothes and you'll see the skin underneath, instead I get a floating head and no torso. I'm not sure what my default skin might be or how to find it. I type in default in my mods folder and there were no skins there at all. Only non defaults. I'm not quite sure what Im doing wrong

On a second note, "Heavier boobs" I cant tell if its working or not since its so subtle. Any easy way to tell if it is?

Heavy Boobs does nothing to skins (textures), it just changes mesh shapes.  To test if Heavy Boobs is the problem first remove all mods except Heavy Boobs from your mod folder, load the game, enter CAS and see if womens' chests are still invisible when clothing is removed.  Remember: NO OTHER MODS.  This is just for testing purposes, no need to load your saves just start a new game and enter CAS.  You should see the featureless default EA skin wrapped over the Heavy Boobs mesh which will have nipple "bumps" but no details.  If you don't then there's a problem.

If you see the expected result return your old mods to the mods folder in groups, loading the game after every new group and trying again until you find the group with the conflicting mod.  Once you have a group of mods that bugs up the nude top keep cutting it in half until you find the one mod doing it.

You're probably looking for an old nipple, skin detail, skin mod, or "Nude in CAS" mod.

If you're using WickedWhims and see the torso but it has no nipple bumps and the breasts have numerous sharp edges it's because of a conflict preventing the custom mesh from appearing in the game, but it's one that's easy to work around.  See this thread for instructions.
