Matz Posted July 1, 2017 Posted July 1, 2017 Hello, I played since 2-3 days on a new game who worked really good and today when I wanted to play I came across a problem that I already had a long time ago, when I want to save my game take about 10 seconds to do it which is really weird because I save really really often... It's not the only problem, I have more freeze than before I guess it's because one of my mod, the last time it was due to this one : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72383/? I realized that just after I uninstalled totally my game... Please is there a solution to found which one is in cause because I don't really want to uninstall my game again and again... Also, if you have too many saves in your Skyrim folder (My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves) then either delete some of them or cut and paste them to another hard drive for safekeeping. As a general rule, I never keep more than thirty saved games at a time.

(I only have 9 saves files I always rewrite them) Thank's Try not to overwrite (rewrite) saves. I always save in a new slot and delete an old save that I don't need. I hear there are problems with saves getting bloated if you keep overwriting them. I'm not sure if that's true, but better to be safe than sorry. Once in a while I delete all my 3 auto-saves so that they can be regenerated brand new. Because auto-saves keep overwriting themselves.
