How to Change Body-Armor?

I took a couple of months away from Skyrim and have forgotten how to change the body type in game, and find custom armor, can someone give a quick tip on that? i recall you can set a slider or range up to 100 for fullest body, and the armor search is something like /help.....or find.... sorry, my memory sucks

i do have the Calente Body slider for setting body but my females keep having chunky legs and butt, not sure if it is the clothing that is not changing or what....

You need to refine your bodyslide settings.

Start up caliente's bodyslide app and create your minimum and maximum weight nifs.

That's a possibility. Some custom armour/clothing mods have a body mesh modelled into them. Since the body mesh is inseparable from the armour/clothing, they'll always replace the body type you've got installed when you put them on.
