[REQUEST]Need help with FUBARd nif

So, there's a mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82533 and there's a nif in main file that I don't know how the hell was created. It's messy as hell. NifSkope shows nothing, Outfit Studio crashes when loading it. Maybe I'm writing in wrong section, but I want to know if there's any way to fix it.
