That's from the Pretty Combat Animations package. (Nexus mods)

 

It's not really "sneaking with bow drawn", but simply the arm holding out the bow as it is as a form of sneaking posture.

I dont understand , you tell me that its not an animation that i can use in my plays but more like a pose ? Or do you mean its like idle drawn standing and not sneaking ?

I mean that the image of having a bow drawn here is aesthetic. There should be many more sneaking animations with "a bow drawn".

I just thought I'd mention that, because if you wanted something that actually changes your PC movement, you may want to check out Archery Overhaul on the Nexus.

 It's strange that on the NMM installer (fomod) of PCA has that option for "sneaking bow animation" (how the author named it) and you could chose it, but after running fnis the sneking animation is still the clasic PCA one not that in the photo of the installer. Anyway thanks for replying
