Feet portion of armor disappearing in Bodyslide

Yo,

 

Recently installed the CoS body in Skyrim and have been manually editing various armors in Outfit Studio. in this case Elven |Chainmail Armor by singlebelong.

 

Can do the actual armor part no problem but whenever I try to build the Leg part of the armor the character's feet disappear completely.

 

Never come across this before. Any suggestions on why this might happen?
