C++ Runtime Error

This is a problem that just cropped up the other day, and I'm not sure what is causing it. But I only get the C++ Runtime crash after having sex, and it crashes at random. The only thing consistent about the crash that I've noticed so far, is that it happens in Freeside. Here's my load order.
