Succubus race and other custom races for Requiem

Hi folks,I started a fresh Skyrim install with Requiem and a few other mods-no sexlab mods yet-, and so far I'm having a great time,I loved the unleveled world in OOO(oblivion) and Requiem goes to a similar direction.However I'm having trouble porting some popular races to Requiem,starting with Succubus race http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22903/?.

There is a very outdated patch http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50285/?.

Apparently ppl get Reqtificator problems http://imgur.com/a/3YNGP

I am asking for some advice from guys with Requiem experience and a step by step guide on how to use TES5Edit to create the patch I need.Any advice is more than welcome.Thanks in advance.

Requiem is an awesome mod but I wish the author would provide more helpful tips on preparing Requiem for compatibility.

It took a lot of blood and sweat to make Requiem work with my 250+ mods. It was hell doing the weeks of research and experimenting with different ideas.

Oh, that's right.  I didn't bother using the pics when I read the tutorial.  I think the trickiest part was to click on the empty space next to the parameter you want to add a modifier to... in order to add a modifier to it.  If that makes any sense.  

 

If I remember correctly, all you're doing is lowering the hit points and stamina regeneration rate of your custom race (in this case, your Succubus) in order for Requiem to be happy with it.  In addition, you must also lower the hit points and stamina regeneration rate of the vampire version of your new race.

 

It's such a simple step to do but it's a little tedious and I have no idea why the mod author couldn't just put up a tutorial on the Requiem main page.
