Animations bug/jitter

As the title suggests; most animations are working just fine. However, when I equip a weapon, and move back left/right, my character goes into a frenzy of switching between run forward and the corresponding animation, causing HDT to go haywire. I've reinstalled all animations (and I know this isn't the problem, as all else wouldn't be working as intended), reinstalled the latest XPMSE and ran FNIS. I'm at wits end trying to figure this out. Do note, I have a 360 walk/run mod, though I'm not aware of which it is, all animations except the two listed play correctly. The combat Anim pack I am using is a combination of the Female Animations Package and Her Animations available at Nexus.

 

Does anyone have a clue what could he causing this? I've never had a problem with the 360 mod (which I'm actually inclined to believe it is actually the animation sets and not an actual mod)

That is exactly your problem. You can't mix and match to your liking and expect everything will work.

 

Single animation packs usually work perfectly. But they make assumptions. For example that your walk and run animation are synchronous. Or, if an animation is missing in a pack then the vanilla animation is played, or an animation that is "similar" to vanilla. 

 

A frequent cause when someone reports issues like yours are turn animations. Some animation sets have turn animations implemented because their walk/run animations differ from the vanilla cycle. And if you mix those turns into vanilla like animations then you have those jitters due to the frequent change between move and turn.
