[REQ] XCom 2 - Viper Skin Replacement with Miaa from Monster Musume

I thought it would be humorous to have a replacement skin for the Viper from the anime Monster Musume (Everyday Life with Monster Girls). Since both characters are known for warping around point and restricting them, I Thought it would be an ideal fit for a Viper skin.  Is it also possible to give sound from the anime series as well? I would love to hear "Darling" when the Viper sees you!

Somebody has to alter the meshes of the character.

And adding the hairs will not be easy at all.

(replacing some sounds is quite easy.)

Well I was wondering if it was possible. I admit I have no modding experience and no one seemed interested in Nexus Mods. I also have some videos for sound if that would help.
