Naked Comments

So any chance of someone making a mod where npc's and companions comment on your nakedness whether you're naked or not? For instance: You download a new, sweet looking armor or clothing mod for your female (or male) pc and you walk around say Diamond City and a passing guard casually remarks "Ahem, well hello there beautiful". I don't know, guess I'm making it sound more complicated than I mean.

 

TL/DR:

I want everyone to comment on my nakedness regardless of what I'm wearing to make me feel good about myself!
