CTD upon sexlab defeat rape (bleedout)

In short; Skyrim crashes to desktop whenever I fall into bleedout and the NPC wants to have his/her way with my character. The crash always happens as I am getting up from bleedout, when normally I would stand idle and wait for an animation/dialogue to start between me and the agressor. Instead of this, a CTD happens, always at the same time.

 

I recently removed Devious Surrender from my modlist, before this the DS rape and post rape stuff would always happen, although I don't know which mods might possibly require DS, which might be the cause of CTD

After realizing I would need a papyrus debug log, I activated debug logging, and suddenly it doesn't crash (typical). However, my character continously crawls around when in bleedout, and runs away automatically only to be stopped for a new rape to be performed. Additionally, the camaera mode is always locked now.
