Sim changing into odd outfits after showering/bathing.

I recently got a problem with my sim changing into weird outfits after taking a shower, I've tried to start a new game with her not wearing any cc clothes and accessories and take away all the mods from the mods folder, and it still happens. It doesnt happen to any of my other sims so I find it so weird, and don't know what's the cause for it.

 

As well as her weird outfits gets saved in the dresser, but not in any theme like party, formal etc.

 

I hope someone knows of a fix, or have had a similar issue.

Nvm I figured as much that it was the sim herself that was the issue, I just made a twin of her and started on new and it works nicely now. How do I delete a post in here? xD
