A simple 2 class school for Kinky Mod, made in Sunset Valley a 30x40 Lot. I chose the empty plot nearest the stadium, 74 Landgraab Avenue.

 

Fully working and tested
Afterschool Activity of Sports

 

You would need to add Easels for Art Activity ie make the second classroom and artroom by taking out the tables and chairs and replacing with easels. I dont know the other ones requirements but Im sure that other things will allow other activities to open up.

A little more description of the mod would be nice too.  Like what goes on in the school, how many class rooms are there and so on.
