Sexlab defeat not working after defeat

Hi so i recently modded my skyrim with sexlab defeat, but went i tried it, my char would go into bleed out state and the enemies would ignore me. I would not arise from this bleed out state unless i reload the game. I woul greatly apperciate if someone can offer me some help, thn you sincerely
