Like I downloaded that "Apachii Sky Hair" and it's nice but my character is the only one with it and the rest of skyrim still has this ugly looking hair. There a mod that changes the hair of NPC's in skyrim on a mass level? Or is it just on a individual level, if there is one? Link to comment
