I thought a more simplistic version would be to add a new perk that worked like the ghoulish perk dose. Or maybe altering/ replacing the lady killer/ black widow perk. I don't know really, as I suck at scripting. I was thinking that the lore could be FEV based, or possibly technology based for synth characters. 1
