Civil War Overhaul Markarth Barricade bug

So I am currently on the second battle of Markarth but the barricades are already broken not allowing the quest to progress, is there anyway I can find the quest ID's to move the quest forward?

These instructions work, some stages need player.setobjectivecompleted but only one time I've had to do it that way.

The only problem is I don't know which quest ID belongs to the battle for Markarth as its a mod and I can't find the ID anywhere online so I'm trapped a bit really, unless I can find it in the files
