How to disable/ remove annoying pc sounds? (DD and others)

So, basically I'm tired of my argonian female having twenty different voices because different mods use generic moans/ etc. Even when setting certain mods to play no sound, they STILL play the moans (Devious Devices is one such mod, I set edged/ climax sounds off and -still- hear moaning on the events)

 

So, my question is if there's a means to cutting out/ removing these? Particularly Devious Device's gag talk sounds... they're annoying as hell and as far as I know I can't remove them.
