Head mesh questions

Hi guys, I recently found this mod and wanted to use the headmesh found inside of it. However, it has many visual errors on a normal race character (nord, breton, etc). I had some questions about getting it to work:

1. How would I go about editing it to work with a normal race? I'm a novice when it comes to nifskope, but I'd love to be able to learn and try to have the headmesh work properly.
2. Would it be easier to use racemenu and apply it, then switch back to ECE? Or is that not something that would be possible?

I use it all the time to copy faces of NPC/follower mods to a Player Character. All you need is Racemenu.
