Can't change my character to a mod npc follower

I am having a problem changing my character to look like Boa Hancock from one piece with this mod. I believe that I installed the mod correctly because the follower is at the Bannered Mare and I am able to get her to follow me and everything. I just can't get my character to look like her with the steps in the description.

  • I get into the console and I type in "help boa".
  • It gives me this number as a result: 4A000D65.
  • I then type in "player.additem 4A000D65 1.
  • I get this error: Invalid inventory object '4A000D65' for parameter ObjectID. Compiled script not saved!

After this failed, I went to the follower and I clicked on her to see if it would give the same ID. It gave a slightly different one. It gives 4A000D67.

When I follow the previous steps with the new number I end up with the same results.

I installed this follower through Mod Organizer. If anyone can help me to get Boa to be my Skyrim character then that would be great.

That's the NPC ID number you are entering. You cannot equip an NPC or create one that way.  It only works for items.   I am assuming the author made the visual basically an armor you wear.. because of the instructions they provided.

For the item you will need to use id number xx00d63 where XX is the mod index number you have.

In your case you would need to use

player.additem 4A000D63 1

And then equip the armor called One Piece Boa Hancock

You can't actually do that without a mod, just using the console will not work.

The face assets have to be copied over by script, you can find an appropriate file on the Racemenu page on the Nexus. It is called "Mimic' plugin and you've to scroll down a bit for it.
