[REQUEST] Breast and butt reaction to touch spell

I've seen several topics requesting groping animations that are usually met with a can't be done because of height issues or something like that. I'm wondering if it's possible for the player's hands to cause some sort of movement to a female character's breast or butt (that's using HDT of course) when moving the cursor/hand around those area while using a touch spell
